Description:
Today the Tuscan hilly landscape boasts the signs of the farm sharecropping, based on promiscuous cultivation practices, which saw the presence of vines, wheat, olive trees and other species (like us the peach) in the same plots. Because of this characteristic, the German poet Heine defined the Tuscan landscape as "a whole garden". Verziere means "garden with fruit trees".
Tasting Notes Rosato Verziere:
Bright and limpid color shows a bright and charged pink. The taste is persistent and consistent. In the mouth it enters soft but with a marked freshness. The acid component is well balanced by sugars. It is an excellent IGT wine for an aperitif but also as an accompaniment.
Grapes: 50% Sangiovese, 50% Merlot.
Winemaking: Vinified in white with direct pressing at controlled temperature of 16-18° c in steel. After a couple of months in steel it is ready for bottling.
